Visit to Wolli Creek Regional Park (28 August 2025)

landgrant boundaries along walk Thursday 28 August 2025 was a beautiful day for walk.  According to Wikipedia this is the land of the Bidgigal and it was the end of their festival that Cook encountered late in April 1770 at Sting Ray Bay which Banks renamed  Botany Bay.   Turrella Reserve  is  at 2a Banks Road and there is a  Bidjigal Road   in Arncliff  nearby. "Tempe station opened on 15 October 1884 on the same date as of the Illawarra line from Redfern to Hurstville with two side platforms.
