When you're logged into My Account, look for the 'Terms of use' link at the bottom of the page.  We made a minor change relating to Section 8a regarding paperless billing (eBill). The last sentence now states: 'If you receive paperless Bills, you can still pay your Bill in person. Details of how you can pay in person are included on your Bill.'
