Premier,
I want you to abandon the sale of public land at 16-18 Bayview Avenue
and have it added to the Wolli Creek Regional Park. Anything less
contradicts your public statements about hanging on to every bit of
inner-city green space that we can.
If we’re going to build houses, particularly closer to the CBD, we need
to preserve and protect as much [PUBLIC] green space as we possibly can.
We can’t just build houses; we have to build world class beautiful
parks, and that means preserving every bit of [PUBLIC] green space that we can
possibly get our hands on.
When labour and materials as well as Homes were in shortage(IN 1950S
residential building was limited/prioritised to two bedrooms-SOURCE 104
YEAR OLD NOW PASSED) houses (and MUDs under Torrens Title) were limited
to two bedrooms and one bathroom. Since then Strata Laws have come in.

are imported, such as steel and electrical equipment.' - NSW
