Firestation at 1 Marion St Leichhardt

VS Naipal wrote in "India" about being in a Taxi and passing a crowd celebrating a festival the taxi driver was unable to tell him about. The gathering was just one of many in that City - Mumbai.
I felt like that in Leichhardt as I walked past the Firestation on the way to Boomalli Aboriginal Arts Cooperative and #EDGEInnerWest.
There was much excitement around the Fire Station Open Day.

Past the car park fence, marking where Cottages with two murals by Adam Hill (aka Blak Douglas) were destroyed in 2017 for the parking lot.

Past the waitress from
the coffee shop across the road chatting. Across the road to find the Cafe has changed hands.
Past the intersection where Valentina
Gioia was so tragically fatally wounded when she was hit by a vehicle, while crossing the road.
